SHIPPING

Orders are usually shipped within three working days.

Orders within the USA are shipped via USPS. You may request alternative carriers at additional cost. Please contact me at bill@billwest.com to make arrangements.

Orders for shipping outside the USA must contact me at bill@billwest.com for foreign shipping arrangements and cost.

LOSS/DAMAGE

Very rarely items are damaged or lost. If that is the case, please follow these steps:

Any non-arrival of items must be reported to bill@billwest.com within 21 – 40 calendar days of the original order being placed.

Any damage to an item must be reported to bill@billwest.com immediately upon receipt of the order. To process a claim for damage I will need photographs of the damaged packaging and goods, and may need you to ship both back to me. Please keep all damaged goods and packaging until I have contacted you.

RETURNS

You will need to pay for return shipping.

Refunds will be minus the original shipping cost.

In cases of damage or loss in transit refunds will include original shipping cost.
